As 2021 comes to a close and we reflect on this year, we would like to thank everyone for all the support during another unusual year. 

This year marks our 40th-anniversary of repairing, constructing, and maintaining all types of boats. We’ve come quite a ways from building our original shop – over the years we have grown from the original group of twelve member-owners to having sub-contractors, to having over thirty-five full-time employees. We upgraded to a much larger facility in 2006, and this year we merged with Carol Hasse’s Port Townsend Sails.

Here’s a small selection of projects we’ve done lately. We love the variety of work we have here in Port Townsend, but the best part of our job is getting to become friends with our clients and helping them achieve their boating dreams.

Griz and Carol Hasse celebrate the merger of our businesses!

HAWAIIAN CHIEFTAIN is under new ownership and we have begun customizing and bringing this unique boat up to Coast Guard regulations to carry passengers.
