Facilities/Travel Lift
PTSC is located in the Boat Haven of the Port of Port Townsend. The Port provides us with access to three travel lifts: a 70 ton, a 75 ton, and a 300 ton. The Port also offers access to high pressure washdown facilities, a work float, a pump-out station, and a fuel dock, all of which make your haul-out run more smoothly.
Our current location consists of four buildings totaling 42,000 square feet, with an additional outside workspace of 70,000 square feet. Having work done inside our facility and away from the elements makes it possible to work year-round, regardless of weather conditions. We can accommodate vessels up to 140 feet, and we have overhead cranes that can lift up to 10 tons. Our facility houses many different types of shops including wood, metal, machine, systems, rigging, and upholstery. All the shops are well lit, with LED lighting supplemented by an 100kw solar system.
